We specialize in lived in color, Balayage, Brunettes, Blondes and Reds. NOTICE: To make sure we have enough processing time you must book a finish time with your color service, if not booked your appointment request will be denied due to not having sufficient time for the completion of service. EX, Quick dry, Blowdry, or Haircut. **We do not specialize in pixie cuts or Jaw length and above stacked bobs.** To ensure a comfortable and focused experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that no additional guests accompany you to your appointment. This helps us maintain a relaxing, intimate and professional atmosphere. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment time. Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change.
However, as a small business, we rely on stability to provide the best service to all of our valued clients. To ensure this, we kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
If you do not show up for your
appointment without prior notice, the full 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.
If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will only be able to conduct a consultation and may need to adjust your service to fit within the remaining time.
If you are 20 minutes late or more, we will conduct a consultation, but we will need to reschedule your full appointment for another time and will require a 50% deposit to reschedule. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to accommodate all of our clients.
